We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless and had everything we needed…the pool was great family loved it (complete with fun pool toys for the kids) Sleep Number mattresses were a nice surprise. Upgraded bathrooms and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities you need to cook meals, which made dining in super convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, adding to the relaxing vibe of the trip. Host Chris was fantastic—he reached out several times to make sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this property—we’d absolutely stay here again!

Chris’s place was incredible. Plenty of space to host our girls trip. Every room was nicely done and it did not feel like anyone was staying in a children’s room or having to settle. The kitchen and multiple living rooms made for an amazing amount of space to hangout before going out. Chris was quick to communicate and very on top of the house. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There were air mattresses and plenty of linen. The kitchen was also well stocked if you felt like cooking. The backyard was lit up and we had a good time playing cornhole. That was also there on the property.

The stay at Chris's Villa was perfect! The self check-in went smoothly & the whole house was in perfect condition. The kitchen was well equipped and we had a lot of fun with the amenities of the house. We enjoyed every hour. The location is more in a quieter area but perfect. Not far from town and lot of grocery stores nearby. Also during the stay Chris was always ready to help & assist us with various matters.

This place was awesome! Had everything that we needed and more. Great neighborhood and Chris was an amazing host! Would recommend to any person wanting to stay in San Diego!

Nice home in a peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the private backyard BBQ, soaking pool, hot tub, fire pit, etc. Host communication was excellent and were quick to respond to my inquiries. Highly recommend and will consider staying here again next year.

Chris’s place was awesome! Easy driving distance to La Jolla, north park and the airport. Comfortably fit all 9 of us. We enjoyed the fire pit, pool and view while we were there! We needed an earlier check in and Chris was very accommodating with that as well!

The property was quiet and peaceful. Hummingbirds in the backyard were fun to watch. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the back patio. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of fresh towels and linens. AC worked very well. 20 minutes to the airport Would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay during our family vacation to the San Diego Zoo! The house was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. It’s about 30 mins from the Zoo, Gaslamp, and Balboa Park close enough for easy access, but far enough from the busy city. Our 6-year-old especially loved the small backyard pool it was perfect height for her! Since it’s in a remote hillside, we did see a few critters around the pool, but nothing major. We were excited to use the hot tub, but it wasn’t working during our stay. The host was quick to respond and tried to help us troubleshoot, but no luck so I’d recommend confirming it’s ready ahead of time. Overall, the host was super nice and made sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julia’s place. We were especially pleased with Chris’s attentiveness and responsiveness. We felt like the layout was extremely conducive for families. We would love the opportunity to stay again. Highly recommend Julia’s place.
